E-Gift Competition T&Cs, July 2024

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Terms and conditions – Bespoke Media Walls E-Gift competition. To participate in this competition, users must share their video or photo image on Instagram and and Facebooktag bespokemediawall.
2. This competition will run until 23:59 on Monday, 11^th August 2024.
3. There will be 1 Bronze, Silver and Gold winner, who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 23.59 on 11^th August 2024, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
4. The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
5. The winners' names will be announced and tagged in an Instagram and Facebook post by Bespoke Media Walls, published at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12th, 2024. By taking part in the competition, you consent to us tagging you in the above post to notify you that you have won.
6. The prize consists of x 3 Marks and Spencer’s e-gift vouchers worth £15, £25 and £50 that can be used in Marks and Spencer in store or online.
7. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address when you are announced as our winner. Bespoke Media Walls will then provide further details about how you claim your prize. The purpose of collecting your personal data is to process the delivery of the prize as the winner of the contest.
8. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
9. No purchase is necessary; however, you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram/Facebook. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including those related to the use of the internet.
10. We reserve the right to exclude any entries that we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
11. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
12. The winner will have 48 hours from the date they are announced as a winner to claim their prize. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
13. The decisions of the promoter are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
15. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
16. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Marks and Spencer.
17. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed, for example, as a result of network, system development, computer, or telecommunications failures or faults of any kind—including any hardware, programming code, databases, or software used in the promotion.
